(Council Bluffs) Pottawattamie County Public Health Tuesday indicated two additional presumptive positive COVID-19 cases. The total number of COVID-19 cases for Pottawattamie County is now eleven, three of which have recovered.
Pottawattamie County’s tenth case is a male between 41-60 years old and a resident of Minden. The individual had contact with an existing case and had traveled out-of-state within 14 days of onset of symptoms. The individual does not pre-existing medical conditions. He was tested on March 28 and has been self-quarantining since March 28.
Pottawattamie County’s eleventh case is a male between 41-60 years old and a resident of Council Bluffs. The individual had contact with an existing case and has pre-existing medical conditions. He was tested on March 30 and has been self-quarantining since March 30.
There are no known exposure locations. Pottawattamie County Public Health continues to conduct contact tracing investigations and is in contact with the Iowa Department of Public Health.
