(Avoca) Two people were arrested following a pursuit in Pottawattamie County Thursday.
According to the Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office, Deputy Harker attempted a traffic stop in the 46000 block of Highway 83 on a black Dodge Charger. The vehicle refused to stop and a pursuit was initiated. The Charger was located parked behind The Embers in Avoca and an arrest was made. 27-year-old Patrick Allen Eggerling, of Council Bluffs, was charged with Eluding While Exceeding the Speed Limit by 25 mph or more and Reckless Driving. While at the jail, Eggerling was read a warrant for Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order – Contempt.
A passenger in the vehicle, 23-year-old Sarina Marie Duvall of Phoenix, Arizona, was arrested for possessing counterfeit bills.
