(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports two arrests and one citation.
Timothy Nathan Turner, 53, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service on March 22nd. Turner was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault and Violation of a No Contact Order.
Mark Nile Brower, 54, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service on March 12th. Brower was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Public Intoxication.
Alexis Danielle Larsen, 20, of Harlan, was cited March 14th for Possession of Alcohol Under Legal Age following a traffic stop.
