(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests.
Scott Allen Hall, 44, was arrested following a traffic stop Thursday for excessive speed in Council Bluffs. During the stop, it was discovered Hall was a barred driver. Hall was charged with Driving While Barred – Habitual Offender.
Steven Ray James, 57, turned himself in Thursday on warrants for Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense and Control of Vehicle.
