(Creston) Creston Police arrested two people on Saturday, for theft, and another for criminal mischief.
Police arrested 28-year old Christopher Kelly of Creston at the Law Enforcement Center for Interference with Officials Acts, 4th-degree theft, and driving while barred. Officers arrested Shelby Fetters of Altoona for 4th-degree theft and driving while suspended. Authorities released Christopher Kelly on a $3,300 bond. Feller is free on a $1,300 bond.
In a separate case, Police charged 43-year old Jeffrey Johnson of Creston with 5th-degree criminal mischief. Authorities released him on a $300.00 bond.
