(Harlan) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests.
Deputies arrested 39-year-old Bryan Christopher Heller, of Avoca, on February 15th as a result of a traffic stop along M-16. Upon further investigation, Heller was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was transported to the Shelby County Jail, processed and then released a short time later after posting the required $300 cash bond.
The Iowa State Patrol arrested 45-year-old Reat Koang Panyuan, of Omaha, Nebraska, following a traffic stop on February 16th. Panyuan had a valid warrant for Probation Violation out of Woodbury County. He was transferred to the Shelby County Jail and processed before being turned over to Woodbury County authorities.
