(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports two arrests.
Matthew James Baucom, 38, of Harlan, was arrested February 11th following a call for service. Baucom was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Disorderly Conduct.
Alejandro Isidoro Hernandez, 43, of Harlan, was arrested February 13th following a call for service. Hernandez was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault and Child Endangerment.
