(Council Bluffs) A Wyoming man was arrested on drug charges in Pottawattamie County.
The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office says 33-year-old Aaron Russell Schucker, of Lander, was arrested Tuesday after Deputies were dispatched to the Avoca Mini Mart for suspicious activity. Schucker was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The Sheriff’s Office also reports a 17-year-old male was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense. Deputies were dispatched to a residence in Oakland Tuesday evening regarding a welfare check. The individual in question was located after crashing their vehicle at Highway 6 and Highway 59. An OWI investigation was then conducted. The driver was transported to Mercy Hospital for a committal.
