(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests.
Kyle Dickey, 39, was arrested following a traffic stop on Monday at the intersection of Old Lincoln Highway and Missouri Avenue. Dickey was charged with Carrying Weapons, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Kathy Leona Palmquist, 58, was arrested Monday after deputies were dispatched to Highway 59 and Chestnut Road for an unknown injury accident. Palmquist was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 2nd Offense.
