(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.
Jason Mueller, 45, was arrested Monday after Deputies were called to the area of Joslin and Monument Road for a trespasser on Union Pacific Railroad property. Mueller was charged with Trespassing, Public Intoxication, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Andre Frederick Ryan, 21, was arrested following a traffic stop on Monday. Ryan was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense.
Andrew Michael Hasbrouck, 36, of Council Bluffs, was arrested Tuesday for Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order.
The Sheriff’s Office also reports Devin Dewayne Dean, 28, of Omaha, Nebraska, was served a warrant while being housed at the Pottawattamie County Jail. The warrant out of Kansas City charges Dean with Homicide. Dean was informed that he would be charged in the State of Iowa with the crime of Fugitive from Justice. He was turned back over to jail staff.
