(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports three arrests.
Stephaun Javon Lancer, 23, of Harlan, was arrested January 21st following a call for service. Lancer was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Trespass and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Brandon Amos Woodruff, 34, and Maura Margarita Reyes Mejia, 36, both of Omaha, Nebraska, were arrested following a traffic stop on January 28th. Woodruff was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with speed, failure to have a valid driver’s license, and prohibited acts. Reyes Mejia was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
