(Atlantic) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports six arrests from January 16th through January 26th.
Aaron Joseph Moore, 41, of Atlantic, was arrested January 22nd on a Sheriff’s Office warrant for Possession with Intent to Deliver. Upon arrest for this charge, Moore was additionally charged with Possession of Marijuana 3rd/Subsequent and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Moore was taken to the Cass County Jail and held. On January 24th, Moore was additionally charged with Sex Offender Residency Violation 2nd or Subsequent and Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana. Moore remains held at the Cass County Jail on $22,300 bond.
Ryan Paul Elgin, 38, of Casey, was arrested January 26th for OWI 1st Offense and cited for Failure to Maintain Control. Elgin’s arrest stems from a rollover accident that occurred on 760th Street ½ mile north of White Pole Road at approximately 1:04 a.m. There were no injuries in the accident. Elgin was taken to the Cass County Jail and released later that day on his own recognizance.
Daryl D. Armstrong, 59, of Anita, was arrested January 21st for Domestic Assault. Armstrong was taken to the Cass County Jail and released later that day on $2,000 bond.
Justin Dale Hardisty, 29, of Cumberland, was arrested January 19th for OWI 3rd or Subsequent Offense, Driving While Barred, and Interference with Official Acts. Hardisty was taken to the Cass County Jail and released later that day on $5,000 bond.
Lisa Marie Shrimpton, 48, of Atlantic, was arrested January 16th for Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine. Shrimpton was taken to the Cass County Jail where she was held on $10,000 bond.
Justin Lee Cooley, 31, of Atlantic, was arrested January 16th on a Cass County warrant for Failure to Appear. Cooley was taken to the Cass County Jail where he remains held.
