(Harlan) A Des Moines man was arrested in Harlan for Theft 5th and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. The Harlan Police Department arrested 29-year-old Cameron Stuart Cunningham on January 19th following a call for service. Cunningham was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
