(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports eight arrests over the past week.
Kyle Robert Looper, 20, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on October 22nd for Child Endangerment and Possession of Marijuana 1st. Looper was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
Derik Wayne Bud Pickrell, 41, of Fontanelle, was arrested on October 23rd on a Cass County warrant for Violation of Probation. Pickrell was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Brendan Lucas Lillard, 23, of Atlantic, was arrested on October 25th on the charge of OWI – 1st Offense. Lillard was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on his own recognizance
Trae Jeannine Wilburn, 29, of Griswold, was arrested on October 26th on the charge of Domestic Abuse Assault – 1st. Wilburn was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held.
Heather Sena Wolverton, 44, of Atlantic, was arrested on October 26th on the charge of Domestic Abuse Assault – 1st. Wolverton was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and released on bond.
Timothy Dethlef Asmus, 26, of Audubon, was arrested on October 26th on a Cass County warrant for Violation of Probation. Asmus was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Devin Lee Boggs, 23, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on October 28th on the charge OWI – 1st Offense. Boggs was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on his own recognizance.
Louie Mitchell Hahn, 63, of Atlantic, was arrested on October 29th on the charge of Driving with Denied/Revoked License – OWI. Hahn was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
