Red Oak Police Arrest Two People in Separate Incidents

(Red Oak) Two people from Red Oak were arrested for OWI, and the other individual on two outstanding warrants.

Police arrested 37-year-old Brandon Lee Gugenhan in the 500 block of N. 5^th Street on two Montgomery County Warrants. The first warrant was for leaving the scene of an accident for failing to provide information. The second warrant is for failure to provide proof of financial liability related to the accident. Authorities transported Gugenhan to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $2,500 cash bond.

In a separate case, police arrested 40-year-old Jessica Louise Abraham of Red Oak during a traffic stop in the 1400 block of Eastern Avenue for OWI 2nd offense. Authorities transported Abraham to the Montgomery County Jail and held her on $2,000 cash.
