(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people on warrants.
On Tuesday, at around 8:12 p.m., deputies arrested 41-year-old Randon Daniel Phelps of Red Oak near Highway 34 and Highway 59. Phelps was wanted in Montgomery County on a warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Unlawful Possession of a Prescription Drug. Deputies transported Phelps to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $2000 cash or surety bond.
Later on Monday, Deputies arrested 57-year-old Bradley Leo Ranney of Massena in the 1100 block of 130th Street on a Pottawattamie County Warrant for Violation of Parole. Authorities transported him to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was held on no bond. The Mills County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the arrest.
