(Davenport, Iowa) A motorcycle driver attempting to elude law enforcement crashed in Davenport.
The Iowa State Patrol says the accident happened on Saturday on East 6th Street and North Perry Street. The motorcycle driver, who was not identified, suffered injuries in the crash.
According to the report, a 1994 Yamaha motorcycle traveling at a high rate of speed while attempting to flee law enforcement lost control and collided with a parked 2008 Pontiac. The motorcycle driver was ejected and landed in the middle of the roadway. Authorities say he was treated for a head injury, transported to Genesis, and later taken by Med Force to the University of Iowa Hospital.
