(Atlantic) Unity-Christian (23-2) makes the long trip to #8 Atlantic (32-6) this evening. Both teams were challenged in the quarterfinals. The Trojans defeated Cherokee, Washington, 5-2, and the Knights squeaked by Western Christian, 4-3.
Unity-Christian is a solid-hitting ballclub, carrying a team batting average of .400 entering this evening’s contest. Three players are hitting over .500 on the season, including Addyson De Boom .507, along with a couple of players with limited plate appearances, Lindsey De Groot and Payton Van Beck, both hitting .500.

Kinsley Johnson has 13 strikeouts, 15 walks, four hit batters, while the opposition to a .121 batting average in 20 innings of work.
