(Glenwood) The Hawkeye Ten Conference proudly announces the 2026 Boys Soccer All-Conference selections following an exciting and highly competitive season across southwest Iowa.
Leading the conference this spring was Denison-Schleswig, which captured the 2026 Hawkeye Ten Conference Championship with a 7-0-1 league record.
Denison-Schleswig placed seven players on the First and Second Team All-Conference squads, led by First Team selections Carlos Zamago, Jose Leyva, Wilson Riphin, and Isai Marquiz. The Monarchs’ depth and consistency on both ends of the field were key factors in their championship season.
Lewis Central and St. Albert also enjoyed strong campaigns, finishing near the top of the conference standings. Lewis Central posted a 6-0-2 conference record, while St. Albert went 6-2 in league play.
The 2026 First Team featured standout talent from across the conference, including unanimous selections Joaquin Flores of Creston, Carlos Zamago of Denison-Schleswig, and Kyle Irwin of St. Albert.
The Hawkeye Ten Conference congratulates all student-athletes honored this season for their dedication, sportsmanship, and outstanding performances throughout the 2026 boys soccer season.
