(Stuart) The Stuart Police Department is investigating a robbery at the Subway restaurant in Stuart on Thursday, May 28. This is the same Subway restaurant that was robbed on February 4 of this year.
Stuart Police responded to the restaurant at 3:19 p.m. on Thursday in the 100 block of SE. 7th Street on a report of a robbery.
Officers arrived on scene approximately 3 minutes after the 911 call and began investigating the incident. No injuries were reported.
The suspect was last seen leaving the area in a gray Toyota RAV4, possibly a 2018-2025 model year, displaying no license plates. The vehicle was observed traveling eastbound on Interstate 80 from Stuart.
The investigation remains active and ongoing. No additional information will be released at this time.
