(Oakland, IA) — Riverside Girls Soccer team has started the season with a strong 5-0 win over Denison Schleswig earlier this week, Senior Bailey Richardson had 2 goals and 2 assists; Sophomore Hailey Harvey had 2 goals; and Senior Halle Goodman had 1 goal and 1 assist. Richardson was the leading scorer last season with 14 goals and 3 assists and Harris says she has tremendous confidence
Harris says Riverside has strong midfielders with Sophomore Iviana Schechinger and Junior Caelen Schueman. On defense, the Bulldogs lost their goalkeeper to graduation but Harris says that Marsh has stepped up in a big way
