(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested Shannon Ray Porter, 51, of Red Oak, Thursday afternoon in the 1800 block of E Summit Street. Porter was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault 1st Offense and Interference with Official Acts. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on no bond pending an appearance.
