(Ames) The Big Twelve men’s basketball tournament starts this week at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City. Arizona is the number #1 seed in the tournament, Houston is seeded 2nd, Texas Tech is seeded 3rd, Kansas is seeded 4th, and Iowa State is seeded 5th.
The top four seeds receive double-byes into the quarterfinals.
- Meanwhile, Iowa State (24-6), (11-6), will play the winner of the Arizona State/Oklahoma State game on Wednesday, March 11. We will have the broadcast on KSOM, with coverage beginning at 10:30 a.m.
