(Creston) The Creston Police arrested three people in separate cases for harassment, public intoxication, and drug possession charges.
Police arrested 19-year-old Rey Santiago Saturno-Hernandez, of Creston, at 908 Summit on February 27 for Public Intoxication. Saturno-Hernandez was taken to Union County Jail, and a judge released him on his Own Recognizance.
Police arrested 60-year-old Lester Glenn Franke of Creston on Saturday at 307 North Street for three counts of 1rst degree harassment. Officers transported Franke to the Union County Jail and held him on a $6,000 cash bond.
On Sunday, Creston Police arrested 50-year-old Colleen Ann Reed of Prescott, Iowa, at Highway 34 and Smith Street. Authorities charged Reed with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, 1st offense. Officers transported Reed to the Union County Jail. Authorities released Reed after she posted the $1,300 bond.
