(Adair Co.) The Adair County Board of Supervisors set a public hearing date on an ordinance repealing the ordinance regulating the placement of hazardous liquid pipelines.
Adair County’s original ordinance was modeled after Shelby County’s, which had to be repealed.

The public hearing will be held March 11th at 9:10 a.m.
The Supervisors also acknowledged receipt of the FY25 Audit. Auditor Mandy Berg reviewed a couple of items noted in the audit.
In other action, the Supervisors approved Township Clerk Wages, a request for suspension of taxes on parcel of property, and a bid for Grove Township mowing.
