(Creston) A rural Lorimor man faces Sexual Abuse Charges in Union County.
According to the press release on the Union County Sheriff’s Office Facebook Page, deputies arrested 70-year-old Douglas Reuter of rural Lorimor on January 16. He has been charged with two (2) counts of Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree. The arrest was part of a multi-victim sexual abuse investigation conducted by the USCO and the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI). As detailed in the criminal complaint, Reuter is accused of sexually abusing juveniles at his home.
Deputies and agents are continuing the investigation, and additional charges are possible.
