(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 43-year-old Risa Mae Lutton of Red Oak on Monday in the 100 block of W. Washington Avenue for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), 2nd Offense. Lutton faces additional charges of Interference with Official Acts, along with a Nebraska Warrant for a Condition Release Violation. Due to the warrant, authorities also charged Lutton with Fugitive from Justice. Lutton was held on no bond.
