(Creston) The Creston Police Department released its arrest report this morning.
On December 12, Police arrested 27-year-old Beau Ethan Boswell, of Creston at 119 N Elm St on an Outside Agency Warrant for Parole Violation, on Original Charges of OWI 1st and Interference with official acts. Boswell was taken to the Union County Jail, where he is being held on no bond.
On December 17, Officers arrested Jackson S. Elias, 23, of Omaha, Nebraska, who was at the intersection of Highway 25 and Townline. He was charged with Possessing Drug Paraphernalia. Elias was taken to the Union County Jail, where he was cited and released on a promise to appear.
On December 21, Angela Lee Stone, 41, of Oskaloosa, was arrested at 302 N Pine St on an Outside Agency Warrant for two counts of Harassment 2nd Degree. Stone was taken to the Union County Jail, then transported to the Adams County Jail on no bond until her initial appearance.
