(Creston) Creston Police arrested 57-year-old Jack Howard Davis of Orient on Tuesday at N. Cherry and College Streets. The officer charged Davis with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd or subsequent offense, 2nd offense. Authorities transported Davis to the Union County Jail and held him on a $10,300.00 cash or surety bond.
Creston Police arrested 62-year-old Michael Clyde Miller of Creston at 408 S. Sumner Street for driving with a revoked license. Law Enforcement cited Miller and released him on a Promise to Appear.
