Clive Man Arrested on Cass County Warrant

(Montgomery Co) A Clive man was arrested on a Cass County warrant.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says 27-year-old William Cody Shepard, of Clive, was stopped Tuesday morning for a stop sign violation. He was found to be driving with a suspended license and he had a warrant out of Cass County for Theft 4th Degree.

Shepard was cited and turned over to Cass County. Bond was set at $1,000.
