(Red Oak) No one suffered injuries in a two-vehicle accident in Red Oak.
According to the Police report, the accident happened at the intersection of Eastern Avenue and Highway 34. A 2007 Chevy Silverado driven by Rodney Anderson, of Emerson, was leaving a stop sign northbound across Highway 34 and broadsided a 2015 Jeep Wrangler driven by Bonita Sue Borman, of Red Oak.
Police cited Anderson for Failure to yield upon entering a highway.
The 2015 Jeep Wrangler sustained $5,000 in damage. The 2007 Silverado pickup received $1,500 in damage.
