(Red Oak, IA) — At Tuesday’s meeting, the Montgomery County Board of Supervisors approved the resolution of a bid from A.M. Cohron & Son, Inc. to build two bridges on L Avenue and Q Avenue over the BNSF Railway. The bid from A.M. Cohron & Son, Inc. was the lowest out of four total bids for the construction costs, which would sum up to $4,738,468.89. All bids were under the estimated cost of the construction, which was in the range of $6.3 million.
