(Creston) Creston Police arrested a Union County man on a warrant for nine counts of purchase, possession, and depiction of a minor in a sex act offense. Police transported 21-year-old Jacob Alan Zachary, of Creston, to the Union County Jail, where he was released on a $45,000 bond.
