(Des Moines) The National Weather Service issued a Dense Fog advisory for all of southwest Iowa until 10 a.m. today. The advisory also includes portions of central, south-central, and west-central Iowa. Forecasters estimate visibility of 1/4 mile or less, making driving difficult.
Meanwhile, the forecast calls for a high of 53 degrees with a low of 39—Friday’s high, 49, and low, 31. The temperature on Saturday is expected to reach 56 degrees, and 60 on Sunday.
The extended forecast is dry, with a high of 55 on Monday, 51 on Tuesday, and only 39 on Wednesday.
