(Griswold, IA) — Griswold CSD is once again considering the possibility of moving to a four day school week. In 2023, Griswold considered the issue but dismissed it. Superintendent Dave Henrichs says they have formed a committee to examine the issue again as part of their strategic planning

There are 27 school districts in Iowa that currently have a four day school week including Exira EHK which recently changed for this school year. That number is up from 18 in 2024-25.
