(Washington D.C.) Representative Zach Nunn, of Iowa’s 3rd Congressional District, recently highlighted a win to reduce input costs for farmers. The administration agreed with Nunn’s letter to add phosphate and potash, critical fertilizer ingredients, to the U.S. critical mineral list.
Nunn said he is thrilled to have those two critical elements added to the rare earth minerals list. This means we can acquire them without any restrictions, unlike in the past. It also helps with affordability.
