(Audubon) The Audubon School Board held their organizational meeting of the new board Monday evening.
According to the meeting minutes, exiting board members Sarah Asmus and Heath Hansen were recognized. Asmus spent 12 years on the board and Heath Hansen 8 years. The Oath of Office was then administered to newly elected members Haillie Bruch and Larry Frakes.
Mark Nissen was elected President and Anne Bomstad-Miller Vice President. The Board will meet on the third Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
In other activity, the School Board approved the resignation of Sam Graeve (Elementary Principal) for the Early Retirement Agreement.
