(Creston) Creston Police report four arrests on Tuesday.
*Police arrested 49-year-old Jeremiah Lee David Parcher, of Lorimor, at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on multiple outstanding warrants for failure to appear. The original charges included Driving While Barred, Eluding (speed 25 mph over the limit, second or subsequent offense), and Domestic Abuse Assault – Display or Use of a Weapon (1st offense). Parcher was transported to the Union County Jail and held on no bond until seen by a judge.
*Police arrested 45-year-old Johnnie Todd Lovell, of Creston, at 403 N. Walnut Street. Lovell was charged with Driving While Barred. He was transported to the Union County Jail, where he posted a $2,000 cash or surety bond and was released.
*Police arrested 31-year-old Tyler Wayne Kimball, of Creston, at the intersection of Elm and Howard Streets. Kimball was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of Domestic Abuse Assault. Additionally, Kimball was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and cited with a court date for Animal at Large. Kimball was transported to the Union County Jail and held on no bond until seen by a judge.
*Police arrested 53-year-old Jason Kelly Frazier of Creston at his residence. Frazier was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault – 1st Offense Causing Bodily Injury. He was held at the Union County Jail on no bond until seen by a judge.
