(Council Bluffs) Council Bluffs Police arrest a man for threatening to kill his boss.
Dispatch sent Police to 178 Crestmont Drive to investigate an incident involving David Vanderpool, displaying a weapon and threatening to kill his boss. Officers set up a perimeter around the area and made contact with Vanderpool.
Police eventually arrested Vanderpool without any injuries to Vanderpool, the public or Officers.
Authorities charged Vanderpool with Reckless Use of a Firearm, 1st Degree Harassment, Aggravated Assault and Interference with Official Acts.
