(Sioux City) The Iowa Department of Corrections says 24-year-old Tyronn Lou Mallory, convicted of Willful Injury – Causing Serious Injury, Going Armed with Intent, and Reckless Use of a Firearm with Serious Injury in Woodbury County, failed to report back to the Sioux City Residential Treatment Facility as required on Sunday.
Mallory is a 6’2″, 212-pound American Indian or Alaska Native male. He was admitted to the work release facility on October 15.
