(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 49-year-old Lisa Marie Elliot of Malvern for 5th–degree theft. Officers transported Elliot to the Montgomery County Jail and held Elliot on a $300.00 bond. The Red Oak Police Department thanks the Mills County Sheriff’s Office for its assistance in the case.
In a separate incident, Red Oak Police Officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 34 and G Avenue. The driver was identified as 53-year-old Tony Joe Hemiller, who had a Pottawattamie County Warrant for a Sex Offender Registration Violation, first offense, and an aggravated misdemeanor from their compliance sweep. Authorities transported Hewmiller to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $2,000 bond.
