(Des Moines, IA) – A recent incident on a United Airlines flight is highlighting challenges of crew dynamics after travelers were delayed for hours over an argument between attendants. According to a report by Aviation A-2-Z, the flight from Des Moines International Airport to Chicago O’Hare faced a significant delay on Monday after two flight attendants engaged in a heated argument, prompting United’s Inflight Duty Manager to deplane passengers and replace the entire cabin crew. The flight eventually departed and arrived in Chicago, however, the airline has yet to issue an official comment on the incident.
