(Clarinda) The Page County Sheriff’s Office located a suspect hiding in an attic and arrested him on a warrant Tuesday afternoon.
According to the press release, 29-year-old Joseph Cody Foster was found at 510 2nd Street in Shambaugh at 1:41 p.m as Sheriff’s Officials executed an arrest warrant. Foster had Page County District court warrants for 1st Degree Harassment, Assault Causing Bodily Injury or Mental Illness, and Failure to Appear for a Revocation of Probation Hearing on charges of Harassment 2nd Degree and Violation of Probation.
Additionally, Foster has warrants from Adams County District Court for Failure to Appear on Violation of Probation with an original charge of Burglary 3rd and Possession of Burglary Tools along with Failure to Appear on an original charge of Interference with Official Acts.
