(Atlantic) — The final Produce in the Park of the summer season will bring music, pumpkins, and plenty of fall flavor to Atlantic City Park on Thursday, Sept. 25.
The event runs from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. and will feature a special Pumpkin Party theme, complete with pumpkins, pumpkin products, and family-friendly fun. The highlight of the evening will be a concert from The Prairie Gators, performing zydeco, bluegrass, old-time country, and gospel music, sponsored by Rolling Hills Bank.
There will be food trucks, and kids can take part in “Pumpkin Art in the Park” with Your Forte, while vendors will showcase local pumpkins, fresh produce, eggs, baked goods, pumpkin cupcakes, honey, fall flower bouquets, arts and crafts, soaps, and more.
Local businesses and organizations, including Fortex, Cass Health, Healthy Cass County, Cass County Tourism, and Southwest Iowa Narcotics Anonymous, will also be on hand.
Sponsors for September events include Rush CPA, Gregg Young Chevrolet of Atlantic, City of Atlantic, 1st Whitney Bank, Cass Health, Cass County Tourism, Atlantic Area Chamber of Commerce, and Nishna Valley Family YMCA.
