Montgomery County Man Arrested for Assault

(Red Oak, Iowa) – Red Oak Police arrested a Montgomery County man on a charge of Domestic Abuse Assault/3rd or subsequent offense on Saturday morning.

Officers took 47-year-old Clifford Norman Byrd, III, of Red Oak, into custody in the 1200 block of Summit Street and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail.

Byrd was held without bond, pending an initial appearance before a Judge at the time of this release.
