(Atlantic) The Iowa Department of Transportation will conduct maintenance work at the intersection of Highway 173 and Highway 83 northwest of Atlantic on Wednesday. Highway 173 will be closed from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, weather permitting. Traffic signals will control Highway 83. The detour for the Highway 173 closure will be from the west Marne exit to I-80 to Olive Street.
