(Creston) — Creston Police have announced the arrest of 48-year-old Joel Richard Gross of Creston on Sunday. Officers apprehended Gross at 1009 N. Division Street, acting on two active warrants for probation violations. He was taken into custody and transported to the Union County Jail, where he is being held on a $2,000 cash bond.
