(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 44-year-old Adam Wayne Lewis of Randolph, Iowa on Saturday for OWI 2nd Offense, and No Valid Driver’s License. Authorities transported Lewis to the Montgomery County Jail, and held him on a $2,000 bond.
