(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 18-year-old Zachary Allen Reese on Thursday. Officers transported Reese to the Montgomery County Jail for 1st – Degree Harassment in the 1000 block of E. Cherry Street. Authorities held Reese on a $2,000 bond.
