(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people on outside warrants, and a third person on alcohol-related charges.
*On Tuesday, Deputies arrested 36-year-old Andrew Travis Gaunt of Red Oak in the 1600 block of E. Summit Street in Red Oak on an active warrant for probation violation. Deputies transported Gaunt to the Page-Montgomery County line and turned him over to Page County authorities. He was taken to the Page County Jail, and held on a $10,000 cash bond in the Page County Jail.
*On Tuesday, Deputies arrested 45-year-old Nicole Lavonne O’Briant of Villisca during a traffic stop. Authorities transported her to the Montgomery County Jail on a charge of OWI 1st offense, and held her on a $1,000 bond.
*On Tuesday, Deputies arrested 49-year-old Jason William McCollum of Villisca on an active Adams County Warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of marijuana, first offense. Sheriff’s deputies transported McCollum to the Adams-Montgomery County line. Adams County authorities transported him to the Adams County Jail and held him on no bond.
